1. Broadcast Rights
By broadcasting on our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. You are solely responsible for all content you broadcast, including audio, video, and any other materials.
2. Content Guidelines
All broadcast content must:
- Comply with local and international laws
- Respect the rights and dignity of all individuals
- Not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Not infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Not promote violence, hate, or discrimination
3. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to broadcast on our platform. By broadcasting, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Live Content Moderation
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate all live broadcasts. We may interrupt, suspend, or terminate any broadcast that violates our policies or applicable laws.
5. Viewer Interaction
Broadcasters are responsible for moderating viewer comments and interactions during their broadcasts. We provide tools to help manage viewer interactions, but ultimate responsibility lies with the broadcaster.
6. Revenue Sharing
If applicable, revenue sharing terms will be specified in a separate agreement. Virtual gifts received during broadcasts may be subject to platform fees and revenue sharing as outlined in our payment terms.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original broadcast content. However, by broadcasting on our platform, you grant us a license to record, store, reproduce, and distribute your broadcasts for platform operation, promotion, and archival purposes.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited during broadcasts:
- Broadcasting illegal content or activities
- Sharing personal information of others without consent
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Violating copyright or trademark rights
- Broadcasting content that could harm minors
- Using automated systems or bots to inflate viewer counts
9. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet connection, equipment, and technical capabilities to broadcast. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that affect broadcast quality.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your broadcasting privileges immediately if you violate this agreement or our platform policies. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your broadcasts or violation of this agreement.
12. Changes to Agreement
We may modify this Broadcast Agreement at any time. Continued broadcasting after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
